The leaked documents on this site underline the strong objections civil society and millions of people around the world have voiced: TTIP, CETA, TiSA, JEFTA and EU-MERCOSUR are trade deals that cause a huge transfer of power from people to big business.

Over the past few years, Greenpeace Netherlands released secret negotiation documents of the TTIP, TiSA, JEFTA and EU-Mercosur trade deals. In October 2020, Greenpeace Germany released a non-public negotiating document for the EU-Mercosur Association Agreement. We have done so to provide much needed transparency and trigger an informed debate on the treaties. These deals are threatening to have far reaching implications for the environment and the lives of billions of citizens globally.
